3D prints are extremely fragile so please take care with them. We understand that accidents will happen and you may break a print.  We will replace them FREE of charge, but we only ask for the cost of postage. 


1. How quickly can you get orders out?

This depends on several factors, such as how busy we are and how large your order is. We custom print ALL orders to your specifications.  We strive to print all orders and ship within one week of receiving the order.  We will email you if we are outside of this time frame.

2. What countries do you ship to? How much is shipping? 

We will post to most countries. Check the website for information and shipping costs.

3. Do all orders have a tracking number? 

Orders are usually sent by Australia Post and with most parcel options a tracking number is provided.  With larger orders or an alternate shipping option is selected such as express post a tracking number will be emailed to you.

4. How long before I get my items?


Once posted this is out of our control.  Postage times is dependent on several factors, the time of the year and if there is an increase in holiday postage.  Also during these COVID times mail is taking longer.  On average mail is taking at least 1-4 weeks to arrive. I would hope that you should see your order in a week or so within Australia (after you see your shipping notification). If not, do not panic.  I have had very few parcels go missing in the system.  If needs be please email me on 

5. What other scales do you print? 

Besides the common scales (HO,N and O Scales), we do print other lesser known scales.  However, we do have a maximum size that will fit on our equipment.  Please email us with needs to see if we are able to help.  

6. Do the prints come painted? 

All our 3D prints come unpainted.  There a vast number of YouTube How to Videos on this topic.  

7. Do you do custom work? 

Yes we do; however, we can only take on these tasks if they fit in with our normal production schedule.  Minimum order for custom work is $80 AUD.

8. Do I offer trade discounts for stores. 

Absolutely we do offer trade discounts for stores.  Please email me to discuss our various options.

9. Do you offer discounts for buying large volumes. 

Absolutely we do, Please email me to discuss.

10. Do you offer refunds? 

No we do not offer refunds once your order is printed and sent we cannot offer a refund. All MRT Tiny Prints come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with your item please make contact with use with-in 14 days.

11. How do I pay for my items? 

For Australian orders we prefer a bank transfer as this helps to reduce our fees, which means I can keep the costs down for you.

For all international orders we accept PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can use your credit card.  It is just a payment gateway.
